O modelo XA160.5 é o segundo modelo da recém-lançada série XA.5, que incorpora todas as melhorias da nova série X.5 e opera em pura classe A.

A distorção é ainda menor, o controle é ainda melhor. Mais importante, os amplificadores XA.5 têm capacidade de saída de corrente muito maior do que os modelos XA correspondentes - mais de cinco vezes a atual - que é mais de 25 vezes a potência em cargas de muito baixa impedância.
